Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC. is seeking a Senior Systematic Trader to own daily oversight and improvement of systematic U.S.-equity trading.

This fully remote role requires residency in the Detroit, MI area, with Eastern Time monitoring of market conditions and the complete cash session. The role demands 7+ years in systematic trading, direct experience with U.S.-equity execution, and a focus on escalation, reproducible processes, and production reviews.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in systematic trading or electronic markets.
• Direct experience with U.S.-equity execution and market structure.
• Calm, documented decision-making under live-market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor strategies, exposures, limits, and execution quality.
• Investigate slippage, drift, and unusual market behavior.
• Define escalation and controlled-shutdown procedures.
• Work with research on production experiments and post-trade review.
• Own live equity exposure, execution quality, escalation, and post-trade review during ET monitoring.
