Job summary

Bayview Asset Management seeks a System Configuration Administrator to design, test, and optimize complex system configurations for lender-facing applications. You will bridge business operations, product stakeholders, and IT to ensure accurate, scalable configurations and release readiness.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with UAT, change management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, testing, and maintaining complex enterprise configurations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Familiarity with change management and release processes.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong communication across business, technology, QA, and release teams.
• Experience with mortgage/fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain complex application settings, rules, workflows, and roles.
• Translate requirements into clear, maintainable configuration solutions.
• Create and maintain program configurations and data validation logic.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate outcomes.
• Review requests for completeness, compliance, and risk.
• Develop release readiness materials and test evidence.
• Plan test scenarios and scripts to validate configurations.
• Coordinate UAT with business, QA, and IT partners.
• Track defects and release readiness through closure.
• Support release planning and post-release validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance and documentation.
