Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Consultant to provide specialized Symitar EASE™ services to larger-asset clients. The role bridges standard support and advanced assistance, with a hybrid remote work arrangement and travel within a 70-mile radius of designated offices.

You will lead client calls, coordinate integrations, and align resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment while driving strategic guidance and improvements for financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution back-office environments or FinTech.
• Must also be available to work one on-call shift per calendar year.
• Advanced knowledge of the Symitar Core.
• Advanced knowledge of SMA OpCon Solution Manager automation and SFTP.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to define requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.

• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients' processing, data center, and complex technical needs.
• Coordinate client and vendor integrations with the EASE Data Center.
• Lead regular client calls, review strategic plans, and align Jack Henry resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment.
• Provide status updates, monitor cases, and partner with the Customer Relationship Manager to support escalations.
• Identify process improvements and future client needs, document solution approaches, use data insights to improve performance, and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales team.

This remote position requires candidates to live within approximately 70 miles of an office in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
