Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Switchgear Specialist to join the Rexel Energy Solutions team in a remote capacity. This role supports Outside sales, expanding product adoption and building customer relationships across the U.S.

You will develop product knowledge, lead demonstrations, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to meet sales targets. Required: 10+ years in sales in electrical distribution, high school or GED, and a preferred bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience.
• Electrical distribution industry or related experience required.
• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the company's products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Identify sales opportunities and demonstrate products to customers.
• Lead and support sales efforts with key targets and opportunities.
