Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Switchgear Specialist to join our Rexel Energy Solutions team. This role supports Outside sales, grows the customer base, and demonstrates product knowledge to meet customer needs.

You will mentor junior staff, conduct product demonstrations, and participate in training to stay current with technology and market trends, while coordinating with branches and suppliers to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience.
• Electrical distribution industry or related experience required.
• High School or GED is required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge and competitive advantages.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities via phone, email, and meetings.
• Lead and support sales efforts with key targets and opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
• Present proposals to leadership and technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and share product knowledge.
