Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Licensed Survey Manager for a fully remote role. The candidate will oversee delivery of survey projects for public and private clients, mentor staff, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate with clients.

Expertise in ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys is essential. The role requires 8+ years of experience, PLS preferred (LSIT considered). Strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills and familiarity with Trimble/Leica/Sokkia equipment are expected.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of related work experience in surveying
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects
• Proficiency in ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and Construction surveying
• Meet deadlines and provide high-quality client service
• Working knowledge of surveying hardware/software (Trimble, Sokkia, Leica)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project delivery for public and private clients
• Monitor project performance, QA/QC, client satisfaction and safety
• Prepare legal exhibits including plats, legal descriptions and survey reports
• Oversee survey operations including staffing, budgets, schedules and resources
• Post-process field data from total stations, GPS, levels, 3D scanners, and UAS
• Create mapping deliverables including boundary, ALTA and topographic surveys
• Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and CAD files
