GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Strategy Manager to drive enterprise-wide strategy deployment across its global businesses.

You will partner with the Supply Chain Strategy Leader to optimize the manufacturing network, embed resilience and sustainability, and influence executive leadership through data-backed recommendations. You will develop financial models, capex and capacity plans, and collaborate with business development to align goals with market demand.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.
• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, and/or Sourcing roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and presenting to senior global stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated change leadership and strategic impact.
• Excellent communication skills, with cross-cultural influence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy across GE Vernova businesses.
• Identify structural value opportunities in cost, growth, resilience, and margin expansion.
• Influence CEO/ELT-level decisions with data-backed insights and system-wide views.
• Collaborate across GE Vernova Supply Chain to deploy the strategy framework.
• Develop financial models and capacity planning to guide decisions.
• Lead strategic projects and NGSC development with cross-functional teams.
• Create standard capabilities and sites for growth potential and capital needs.
