The role supports the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain PM & Technology team and works across business and tech partners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management or supply chain, a bachelor’s degree, and strong financial/analytical skills to build ROI-based cases and executive-ready

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ROI-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams to translate supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery through interviews, observations, data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligning with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact, cost savings and ROI.
• Lead multiple initiatives, identify risks, and ensure delivery of business value with minimal direction.
• Drive ambiguous, complex initiatives from concept to implementation with clear scope, milestones, and risks.
• Influence leadership with compelling, data-backed recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs and OKRs to measure value realization and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Promote best practices in product management methodologies across the organization.
