Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks an experienced Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead contracting strategies that reduce total cost of goods for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. You will focus on logistics, cold-chain, packaging, and pharmacy technology to secure preferred pricing and favorable terms.

This high-impact role owns supplier agreements, directs negotiations, and ensures promised savings are delivered, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation experience with measurable savings.
• Experience with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) preferred.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen for cost modeling and TCO analysis.
• Ability to operate under ambiguity and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventa in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and improve contract terms.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate member volume and standardize terms.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, legal to support contracting objectives.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
