Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience

Responsibilities

• Includes both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development with supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting suppliers towards excellence
• Uses in-depth knowledge of quality and/or castings to execute policy
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements, explain information and develop consensus
• Functions with autonomy but under defined policies or reviews
• Prioritizes information for data analysis and uses multiple internal/external sources for decisions
