• Strong SPC, process development, and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership to improve supply chain and logistics strategies.
• Define inspection methods, cost control, and yield optimization.
• Define roadmap capabilities and benchmark emerging tech.
• Lead supplier selections and ensure compliance with specs.
• Establish KPIs and drive root-cause analysis for supply chain issues.
