Intel Corporation seeks a high-impact Yield Development Engineer to drive yield performance for cutting-edge manufacturing processes within the SPDT organization. You will own end-to-end yield improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis, defect resolution, and design improvements to transform the future of technology.

Leading EMIB-T Substrate Yield efforts, you will partner with IFS and IPG teams, apply JMP/SQL, and use ML to predict yield and classify defects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 9+ years, OR Master’s with 6+ years, OR PhD with 4+ years.
• 4+ years of experience in at least 3 areas: JMP and/or other statistics tools, SQL scripting for data analytics, yield analysis methodologies, defect reduction, process control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process yield ownership with RCA and corrective actions for yield excursions.
• Establish real-time yield dashboards and actionable metrics.
• Interface with substrate suppliers to drive defect reduction and yield enhancement.
• Collaborate with design/integration teams to optimize rules and improve yield via DFM/DFY.
• Apply statistical analysis and ML to yield prediction and defect classification.
• Collaborate across functions to enable manufacturing programs.
