• Lead supplier capacity and capability assessments and readiness plans aligned to product timelines.
• Shape capacity expansion plans and define technical requirements for next‑gen products.
• Drive supplier risk mitigation, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Build strategic engagement with substrate/material suppliers to reduce supply chain risk.
• Provide enterprise program leadership with customer‑facing communication and disciplined execution.
