Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Structural Mechanics.
• 10+ years of structural mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficient in FEA software ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN.
• Experience with high-tech manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural and stress analysis using FEA.
• Design and validate structures to withstand extreme loads.
• Select materials based on strength and manufacturability.
• Create design specs, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a remote team to integrate designs.
• Conduct dynamic analysis and develop test plans.
• Identify failure modes and apply design improvements.
• Stay updated on structural mechanics advances.
