The Thomas Young Group, a Pasadena-based structural engineering firm, offers a Senior Structural Engineer role with the flexibility to work remotely from Las Vegas, NV. Lead design and analysis across commercial, residential, and institutional projects, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with architects, MEPs, and clients.

Applicants should hold a PE (or be pursuing it) with 5–10 years of structural experience and be proficient in ETABS, RAM, RISA, and Revit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• 5–10 years of structural engineering experience with commercial/residential projects.
• PE license required or actively pursuing.
• Proficiency in ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit and other structure software.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide junior engineers and coordinate with clients.

• Lead structural design and analysis for building projects from concept to construction.
• Oversee construction documents, specs and calculations.
• Coordinate designs with architects, MEP, contractors, and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers with technical guidance and QA.
• Perform site visits and provide construction phase support.
