Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality production and review of PS&E packages assigned
• Leads technical components of larger and/or more complex projects in accordance with engineering agreements and standards
• Participates in technical quality reviews for projects managed by others
• Mentors staff on project execution and quality
• Leads the technical development and approach for winning proposals
