Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in CS/EE, 8+ years of C++ experience, deep OS knowledge, and strong debugging skills. Knowledge of RTP/RTCP, ICE, SRTP, and SCTP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, EE, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of C++ development, optimization, and debugging.
• Strong OS, multithreading, memory management, networking, and systems programming.
• Ability to debug across software, OS, and hardware boundaries.
• Knowledge of WebRTC architecture and real-time protocols (ICE, SRTP, DTLS-SRTP, SCTP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and debug C++ software for ultra low-latency streaming systems.
• Build and improve media streaming pipelines using WebRTC, GStreamer, RTP/RTCP.
• Analyze CPU, memory, networking, and scheduling across real-world workloads.
• Work across Windows, Linux, QNX, applications frameworks, and embedded platforms.
• Define and implement KPIs for networking quality, streaming quality, and user experience.
• Integrate streaming software with platform services and connectivity layers.
