Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer–WebRTC Streaming to advance ultra low-latency streaming technologies. You will design, implement, and optimize WebRTC-based real-time systems, and contribute to protocol design and performance KPIs.

You should have 8+ years in C++ development, deep WebRTC expertise, multithreading, networking, and OS-level considerations. The role offers Level 4/5 compensation with base salary ranges and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of WebRTC architecture and internals.
• Hands-on experience with ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SCTP data channels, RTP/RTCP.
• 8+ years of C++ development and debugging.
• Strong OS, memory management, and systems programming skills.
• Ability to debug across software, OS, media pipelines, and hardware boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and debug C++ software for ultra low-latency streaming systems.
• Implement WebRTC and related real-time protocols from ground up and contribute to standards.
• Define KPIs for networking quality, streaming quality, and user experience.
• Integrate streaming software with platform services and connectivity layers.
