Job summary

HCSC is seeking a skilled project leader to drive large, complex programs across multiple workstreams. You will own end-to-end delivery, managing scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations while aligning with business goals.

The role requires deep Medicare Stars experience and the ability to influence matrixed teams to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will pair strong project management with business/technical acumen to support design, development, and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 years project management experience or 7 years project management experience.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and experience delivering large/complex projects.
• Understanding of project financial tracking including monitoring and reporting budgets.
• Experience in negotiations, managing conflict, and organizational/political savvy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving; agility to changing priorities.
• Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans.
• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to influence and manage in a matrix organization.
• Structured, organized execution with ownership and accountability.
• Develops trusted relationships and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SDLC and delivery models (OWF, Scrum, XP).

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs with end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with Medicare Stars leadership and cross-functional teams to improve performance and outcomes.
• Influence matrixed teams and remove barriers to execution.
• Communicate effectively on behalf of leadership and develop executive-level communications.
