Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that launch new clinical diagnostic products and improve existing ones. This role focuses on Design Control, regulatory alignment, and collaboration across scientific, business, and engineering teams.

You will drive product development from concept through commercialization, ensure timely, within-budget delivery, and provide data-driven updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field; PhD preferred.
• PM experience in biotech or regulated environment; PMP or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics systems and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs launching new clinical products and enhancements in a regulated setting.
• Partner with R&D, operations, and engineering to define milestones and plans.
• Lead all phases of product development from concept to commercialization and post-launch.
• Develop and maintain project plans, protocols, and reports for leadership and audits.
• Track progress with data-driven updates and manage risk and dependencies across programs.
• Champion Design Control, gate reviews, design freezes, and regulatory deliverables.
• Facilitate productive meetings to drive decisions and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate external development efforts to ensure seamless integration and progress.
• Manage up to 4 dynamic programs in a fast-paced environment.
