Natera in the United States is seeking a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead regulatory-grade programming for oncology diagnostics, including ADS and TLF deliverables. You will supervise a team of programmers and contribute hands-on coding.

The role emphasizes strong R programming, package development, and building R Shiny dashboards to support data review, monitoring, and the regulatory submissions process. This is a remote-friendly, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in clinical trial analysis.
• At least 3 years of R programming experience, including package development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables (ADS, TLF) with regulatory compliance.
• May manage a team of statistical programmers and contribute hands-on work.
• Act as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions (510(k), CTA/CDx, PMA).
• Maintain programming infrastructure including R package development and validation.
• Develop R Shiny dashboards to support data review and study monitoring.
