Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive for US HOKA to lead the Department Store channel, including Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's, with a focus on strategic growth and strong partner relationships.

You will work remotely in the US (Seattle or NYC preferred) and collaborate with merchandising, planning, marketing, and operations to drive long-term revenue and profitability for HOKA in the department store landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• 5+ years of wholesale or buying experience within a regionally based role and/or Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Department Store business and retail marketplace.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analytics.

• Own and execute seasonal and annual business strategies for the Department Store channel.
• Set sales targets and develop growth plans for major accounts.
• Analyze sales, margin, inventory productivity and marketplace trends.
• Deliver business reviews and strategic presentations to leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth.
