Nordic Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Consultant - Staffing Services to deliver expert platform-specific services, leveraging their technical, management, and leadership skills to ensure client success and help meet organizational goals across healthcare projects.

You will lead engagements, coordinate with client teams, provide governance and risk management, mentor Nordic colleagues, and drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years’ relevant industry-specific work experience required.
• 5+ years’ professional experience strongly preferred.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to apply problem solving and technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate current-system processes and propose workflow improvements.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds and testing.
• Provide project management and leadership services aligned with client expectations.
• Mentor Nordic teammates and guide client teams.
• Collaborate with project teams, end-users, and leadership.
• Lead meetings and coordinate work products.
• Document progress, issues, escalations, and required information.
• Perform additional duties as required by client.
