Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building applications.
• Extensive TypeScript experience.
• Experience scaling frontend stack (React, Next.js) and backend stack (Node.js, Mongo, AWS).
• Experience at product-focused startup/scale-up or technology company.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Dedicated to continuous professional development.
• Strong ownership and proactive risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Build new products and features from concept to shipping.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to shipping with modular, maintainable code.
• Deliver value across the system with high code quality, testing and design collaboration.
• Shape product direction by talking to users and roadmapping with the team.
• Mentor junior teammates and elevate skills across the team.
