Job summary

Colorado PERA is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own production reliability and platform automation across hybrid AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. The role drives incident management, scales CI/CD pipelines, and partners with multiple teams to achieve uptime for critical services.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, fluent across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and IaC. Experience with AI tooling to speed MTTR and consolidate metrics, logs, and traces into observability dashboards

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE/DevOps or related field.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-prem, AWS, Azure).
• Strong automation and scripting skills in Python/Powershell/Linux.

Responsibilities

• Lead the observability platform rollout and tooling strategy.
• Design monitoring, logging, and alerting standards across hybrid infra.
• Drive incident management and blameless postmortems.
