Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to craft strategy, attract critical and diverse talent, and build pipelines using data-driven methods. You will partner with recruiters, HR, and TA leaders, guiding sourcing campaigns across various platforms.

You will manage CRM/ATS processes, monitor metrics, and coach leaders on data-informed decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sourcing experience.
• Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery, Seekout, HireEZ, Codility, HackerRank, Stack Overflow, GitHub, HireRight, Glassdoor)
• Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative storytelling.
• Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent, run campaigns, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with and building collaborative relationships with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates.
• Using data insight to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity, and critical skills; collaborating with peers to implement strategies.
• Reporting on metrics of sourcing activities for assigned skillset area, including KPI and ROI analysis.
• Influence and educate business and HR leaders through data; act as Talent Attraction’s trusted coach.
• Actively building diverse and qualified salaried pipeline to fill openings (Career Fairs, LinkedIn, ATS prospects, Github, Google, social media).
• Creating outstanding candidate experiences and timely responses; maintain integrity.
