Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to lead data-driven talent strategy and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines. You will partner with recruiters, HR partners and leadership to ensure effective sourcing across niche and critical skills.

You will manage campaigns in ATS/CRM, analyze metrics, and guide teams with hands-on coaching. This remote role requires relocation flexibility within the approved city or territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sourcing experience.
• Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Beamery, Seekout, HireEZ, Codility, HackerRank, Stack overflow, Github, HireRight, Glassdoor).
• Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative storytelling.
• Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent, run send on behalf of campaigns etc.
• Ability to establish relationships and build networks to accomplish goals.
• Project management proficiencies; including time management, delegation, and progress reports.
• Understanding of applicable employment law as required

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters, TA leaders, HR partners, and sourcing teammates.
• Use data insight to create sourcing strategies for niche skills, diversity, and critical skills; collaborate with peers and junior teammates.
• Report on metrics of sourcing activities for assigned skillset area, including pre/post event KPI and ROI analysis.
• Influence and educate business and HR leaders through data; act as Talent Attraction’s trusted coach and guide.
• Actively build diverse and qualified salaried pipeline to fill openings (Career Fairs, LinkedIn, ATS prospects, Github, Google, social media, etc).
• Create outstanding experiences for candidates and internal partners by personalizing interactions and maintaining integrity & timely responses.
• Lead skill-based Sourcing Jams for your team to share ideas, lessons learned and align resources.
