Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive category development, strategic procurement engagement, and sourcing execution with internal customers and cross-functional partners. You will lead supplier selection, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation while delivering cost savings and performance improvements.

You will coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and Third-Party Governance to shepherd agreements through source-to-pay processes, manage multiple business

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Experience with eSourcing and spending analytics tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua or similar).
• Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered procurement tools is a plus.
• Extensive negotiation and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop category management plans and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and performance targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and execute supplier initiatives.
• Develop analytical reports on savings, metrics and KPIs to monitor progress.
• Provide visibility into supplier spend and performance across the organization.
• Support RFx efforts by leading supplier selection processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Third-Party Governance to manage source-to-pay agreements.
