Massed Compute LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate demanding AI and HPC requirements into successful deployments on our GPU cloud platform. You will work across sales, customers, product, engineering, and infrastructure to shape solutions, unblock deals, and create repeatable technical assets that improve win rates and reduce risk.

The role blends pre-sales architecture discussions with hands-on systems-building, helping the commercial team scale while delivering high-confidence

Formación

Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to sophisticated customers.
Experience translating messy customer requirements into concrete technical solutions.
Comfort moving between pre-sales, architecture work, and cross-functional execution.
Strong written and verbal communication in customer-facing contexts.

Responsabilidades

Support technical sales with discovery, solution design, validation, and problem solving throughout the sales process.
Translate customer requirements into workable solutions, assess workloads, architecture needs, and deployment tradeoffs.
Lead technical conversations to build customer confidence and illustrate platform fit for use cases.
Identify and address technical gaps and delivery risks early; build repeatable assets and playbooks.
