Job summary

Assured Insurance Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to own the technical relationship with named carrier accounts. You will run discovery, map data between Assured and carrier systems, monitor production data, and ensure carriers derive full value from our claims software platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on, execution-focused work—defect tickets, documentation, QA, and account monitoring—while partnering with a Client Engagement Manager across carrier accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and writing API payloads and data mappings.
• Strong attention to data quality and payload accuracy.
• Excellent written communication for tickets and docs.
• 5–10 years in technical, analytical, or client-facing roles (SaaS preferred).
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered products and ability to explain features to carriers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and design deployments and integration strategy with a Client Engagement Manager.
• Embed during initial deployment, major expansions, and FDT opportunities.
• Own the technical narrative across carrier accounts.
