Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software, solution, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments (banking, securities, custody, or transfer agency).
• Expertise with Azure Government and cloud-native architectures including APIs, microservices, containers.
• Hands-on experience with .NET or Java and modern integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53 controls, secure SDLC, IAM, and cloud security.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and scalability/observability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native, highly available, and secure architectures for financial services platforms and client integrations.
• Define enterprise architecture standards for APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, data management, integration patterns, and security controls.
• Partner with cybersecurity and DevSecOps to align solutions with FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, audit logging, and monitoring requirements.
• Review and govern solution designs for scalability, resiliency, performance, and operability.
• Lead architecture modernization efforts and provide guidance on technical strategy, risk management, and production support models.
