Job summary

GitLab is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for the ANZ region. You will guide prospects through architecture, PoVs, and workshops, shaping solution designs and leading value-driven discussions across cloud-native DevSecOps.

You’ll partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to accelerate platform adoption and revenue growth. You will engage with technical practitioners and business leaders, sharing feedback to Product Management and Engineering while staying current on GitLab

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or similar roles guiding solution design and evaluation.
• Understanding of end-to-end SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases and run PoVs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for the AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own the technical evaluation process including workshops and value assessments.
• Collaborate with sales across ANZ to drive new and expanded opportunities.
