Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join our remote team. You will analyze large data sets (healthcare claims), develop test datasets, and execute manual and automated tests using Java, SQL, and JSON.

You will mentor a team of Quality Engineers and help standardize testing metrics within an Agile Scrum environment. The role emphasizes automation, test strategy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software for healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience creating software quality and/or data processing tests.
• Experience testing applications implemented using Java, SQL, and JSON technologies.
• Three years of experience in test automation.
• Mentor team of Quality Engineers in day-to-day work.
• Drive innovative testing solutions and standardize metrics.
• Experience working with an Agile team using Scrum Framework.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets (e.g., healthcare claims) and develop test datasets.
• Develop and execute test cases; document abnormalities and defects.
• Automate test case creation and result analysis; document automation strategy.
• Mentor and lead quality engineers; participate in sprint planning and test estimation.
• Perform quality reviews of manuals and related documents.
