Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer (Finance) to join our remote team. You will analyze large datasets, design test data, and execute manual and automated tests using Java, SQL, and JSON technologies.

You will mentor QA engineers and help standardize testing practices in an Agile/Scrum environment. The role emphasizes data processing, automation, and quality leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust software for healthcare-related solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years software industry experience.
• Five years of experience creating software quality and/or data processing tests.
• Experience testing applications using Java, SQL, and JSON technologies.
• Three years of test automation experience with frameworks.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets (e.g., healthcare claims) and develop test datasets.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases and report defects.
• Automate test case creation and results analysis using frameworks and scripts.
• Review Definition Manuals and drive testing metrics and quality improvements.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and participate in scrum planning.
