Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building web applications or enterprise portals.
• 8+ years in software engineering with Java, Spring, Spring Boot and modern web frameworks (Angular/React).
• 4+ years of experience with design patterns and architectural thinking.
• 2+ years designing and deploying cloud-native applications.
• 2+ years leading or directing engineering teams.
• 2+ years in DevOps/SRE practices.
• Hands-on experience with ML models or Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Direct a 10–16 engineer team to deliver high-quality web portal features on schedule.
• Serve as technology leader for external-facing portal applications and guide architecture decisions.
• Support teams transforming from Scrum to AI DLC pods and drive AI initiatives.
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Champion AI adoption and establish integration goals while improving productivity.
• Balance stakeholder expectations with technical strategy to optimize user experience and NPS.
• Oversee security objectives, reduce tech debt, and promote DevOps/SRE best practices.
• Mentor engineers, resolve roadblocks, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Communicate across teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
