• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent software development experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 8+ years with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• 5+ years developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• 5+ years with relational databases and SQL.
• 4+ years of production support in Agile/Scrum.
• 3+ years cloud-native development and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications with Java/Spring Boot, microservices, and batch-processing technologies.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure software solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and identify risks, dependencies, and performance improvements.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to uphold engineering standards and security.
• Collaborate with Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture to deliver modernized applications.
• Provide production support and participate in on-call rotation.
• Drive CI/CD enhancements and automation for reliability.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve code quality.
