Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on a remote contractor basis (~15 hours/week) to support an AI training project. You will create reinforcement learning environments to evaluate AI models on complex software engineering tasks using MCP tools.

Responsibilities include designing reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for tasks such as bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
