Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to contribute ~15 hours weekly on an AI training project. You will build reinforcement learning environments and evaluation tools using MCP concepts to test model reasoning on complex software tasks.

You’ll design reproducible tasks such as bug fixing, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance tuning, with emphasis on deterministic verification and reference solutions. Remote work with fast onboarding.
