Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building large-scale distributed backends.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas.
• Lead complex technical projects and contribute to codebase improvements.
• Collaborate with product and design teams and consider user perspective.
• Join an on-call rotation to support Atlas production services.
• Mentor and learn from team members.
