Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing commercial software.
• Strong experience designing and developing applications in an object-oriented environment (C#, .NET).
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, services, and integrations across multiple applications or domains.
• Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle) including schema design and optimization.
• Experience with non-relational databases and modern data-storage patterns.
• Experience with HTTP, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions that modernize and automate complex workflows across Global Forwarding.
• Translate business problems into durable technical solutions spanning pricing, contracts, and shipment lifecycle.
• Design and build AI-enabled solutions to automate knowledge work and reduce manual intervention.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows that interpret unstructured information and take actions across systems.
