Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager, Pricing Transformation to lead a high-impact pricing transformation in healthcare, modernizing the pricing operating model and enabling stronger commercial execution. This remote US-based role owns cross-functional program delivery, partnering with stakeholders, product owners, and technical partners to move the pricing ecosystem from design through implementation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

8+ years in pricing, commercial transformation, or technology implementation.
3+ years in leadership or program management roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and oversight of the modern pricing platform
Manage project execution for the pricing platform implementation, including milestones, resources, and delivery timelines
Govern business data and solution architecture for the pricing ecosystem
Support product owners in managing enhancement backlogs and release plans
Design future-state processes and operating models for pricing functions
Coordinate business requirements, testing, and transition to steady-state support
Lead change management and training initiatives to drive adoption
