Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to configure, develop, support, and maintain the ServiceNow implementation for CMS.

You will work with stakeholders to deliver digital transformation solutions, focusing on request fulfillment and automated workflows, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM. Responsibilities include building custom workflows, integrating with third party systems, prototyping new solutions, and ensuring documentation and best practices are followed in an Agile Scrum setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
At least 4 years of ServiceNow development.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP or REST.

Responsibilities

Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies.
Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow applications with 3rd party partners.
Rapidly prototype new solutions.
Design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, Knowledge, and ITOM.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Automate tasks and orchestrate processes.
Design and build ServiceNow applications and integrations in an Agile Scrum environment.
Collaborate with engineers and business teams to gather requirements.
