Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a fully remote role in the insurance industry. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and develop new platform capabilities while supporting existing implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• At least 2 years supporting modules: Employee Center, HRSD, CSM/FSO, SPM/PPM, ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, IRM/GRC/TPRM, AI/Now Assist.
• CAD certification is required.
• At least one advanced ServiceNow certification is required.
• Strong experience designing and building workflows with Flow Designer.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience configuring Employee Center and/or employee-facing self-service experiences.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, and OOTB best practices.
• Experience with Demand Management, SPM, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong UX/UI mindset for intuitive self-service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop platform capabilities using Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Employee Center.
• Support platform upgrades and optimization efforts and manage Demand and SPM processes.
• Build dashboards and reporting, automate business processes, and develop catalog items.
• Improve end-user experience across the platform and challenge requirements with best practices.
