Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager - ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology, translating requirements into deliverables for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. This role works with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project teams to improve processes across the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a Business Analyst in IT, 4+ years with ServiceNow modules, CSA and another cert, and strong Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BA/Systems/Process Analyst experience in IT.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience (ITSM, CSM, FSM, etc.).
• CSA certification is required; at least one additional ServiceNow certification is required.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders and teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Prioritize backlogs with product owners and support Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Prepare status updates, communicate risks and dependencies.
• Manage scope discussions and change requests to ensure project success.
