Included Health seeks an SEO & Website Strategy Senior Manager to lead our SEO and AI-driven growth across IncludedHealth.com and DoctorOnDemand.com. You’ll own a data-driven strategy, define roadmaps, and partner with Content Strategy, Engineering, Analytics, and member acquisition to scale organic visibility.

You’ll oversee front-end content campaigns, landing-page optimization, and CRO initiatives, while guiding CMS publishing practices and technology investments to maximize conversions and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SEO leadership in in-house/enterprise settings, healthcare preferred.
• CMS/Web publishing with WordPress and modern web tech; technical SEO and publishing workflows.
• Experience identifying trends (population health, search terms) and securing buy-in.
• Generative AI/LLMs understanding and strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush.
• Strategic thinking with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Leadership experience mentoring teams and managing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging consumer health trends and translate into actionable SEO/content strategy.
• Define roadmap to drive organic AI/social growth with cross-channel synergies.
• Lead front-end content campaigns across search, AI platforms, social channels to increase traffic and conversions.
• Own landing page optimization to improve member conversions.
• Evaluate marketing data, run A/B tests, build reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Own licensing, budgeting, and value of marketing tech.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Engineering, Product, Analytics, and marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
