Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Senior Security Technical Account Manager to partner with North American customers, guiding security strategy across Fastly’s security products.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with security, engineering, and executive teams, translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to resolve incidents. This remote US role may require travel and offers opportunities to lead security workshops and enablement sessions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, SE, Support, or PS) for enterprise customers.
• Strong expertise in application and web security (WAFs, API security, OWASP Top 10).
• Familiarity with scripting or automation (Python/Go) to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security point of contact for enterprise customers, aligning security goals with Fastly's solutions.
• Build relationships with customer security, engineering, and leadership teams to advise and guide security initiatives.
• Deliver security workshops, deep dives, and enablement sessions tailored to customer needs.
