Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and trustworthy products across our AI-native platform. You will work with architects, engineering, and product teams to embed security by design throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of AI/ML security, secure architecture, and customer-facing assurance — defining the standards and frameworks that enable secure products at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in product, application, or cloud security engineering.
• Deep understanding of secure SDLC, threat modeling, and secure architecture design.
• Ability to read and review code to inform threat models and design reviews.
• Experience securing AI/ML pipelines, data workflows, and model-serving infrastructure, with working knowledge of AI/LLM security.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and risk assessments across the software development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain security automation and governance integrated into development workflows.
• Mentor teams on secure coding and AI risk management.
• Represent product security in customer and cross‑functional discussions.
