Job summary

EMC Insurance is seeking a Senior Technology Security Engineer to act as an information security SME on complex enterprise projects. You will identify risks, recommend solutions, and oversee security tooling and audits across initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, coordinating audits, and guiding stakeholders on security impacts. This role may work from home anywhere in the US, with a focus on IAM, cloud security, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of experience in information security, IAM, or related roles with at least four years in information security.
• Master's degree or equivalent with six years in information security and IAM roles (preferred).
• Information security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, AWS, Azure, Security+ etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as information security SME on highly complex enterprise projects.
• Identify information security risks, provide recommendations, build and configure solutions.
• Lead risk assessments and coordinate internal/external audit activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security requirements align with architecture.
