Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in securities operations or transfer agency services.
- Experience building and leading operations teams and scalable processes.
- Strong understanding of securities processing, recordkeeping, and regulatory controls.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the operations team across IST and ET hours.
- Own end-to-end service delivery, SLAs, and risk controls.
- Develop SOPs library and improve workflows for recurring tasks.
- Oversee securities processing, transfers, issuances, and treasury orders.
- Manage KYC/KYB reviews, OFAC screening, and adverse-media checks.
- Oversee shareholder services and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Drive automation and AI-enabled tooling to improve productivity.
