Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead customer engagements, translating business needs into Maestro configurations and driving value across complex supply chain deployments.

You will partner with Solution Architects, guide deployments, mentor juniors, and apply advanced analytics to optimize forecasting, MRP, and production scheduling while traveling up to 50%.

This remote NA role offers exposure to Fortune 500 brands and a collaborative team focused on innovation and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, OR/CS/IT related field.
• 5+ years of software implementation or deployment in the supply chain domain.
• 2–3 years of functional leadership for system configuration or deployments.
• 2–3 years of business process design for supply chain software implementations.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting, MRP, constraint management, and production scheduling.
• Proficient in SQL, R, or JavaScript.
• Open to travel ~50% on average; 75% occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements discovery sessions for complex, multi-phase implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect on process design and technical direction.
• Configure product settings to meet customer requirements and architecture.
• Escalate and resolve complex configuration issues for the project.
• Apply optimization techniques and AI methods to improve supply chain performance.
• Validate solutions, collect feedback, and document roadblocks and escalations.
• Lead deployment workshops and train customers on configuration and value realization.
• Provide technical guidance to junior consultants during milestones.
• Mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
